stablished in 2003 by a group of visionary leaders in medicine and science including Dr. Gregory Ogilvie, a world-renowned oncologist, the Foundation provides the support and resources for others to work together to create, develop and explore groundbreaking treatment options that may fall below the radar of other research facilities.
The Foundation works hand-in-hand with a number of state-of-the-art facilities providing scientists the opportunity to rapidly transition research findings from the laboratories of academia, industry and biotechnology into an active setting to first benefit animals, and then potentially to benefit people with similar disorders.
The efforts of the Foundation are supported through the generosity of individual and corporate donors, sponsors and partners who are committed to the active development of therapies that benefit animals and people with cancer and other serious illnesses. The Foundation benefits critically ill animals whose families may not have the means to pay and cares for animals in the wake of natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods and fire.
